• Upon selecting colours & fittings, you will sign a building contract that highlights exactly what is included, allowing you the peace of mind that everything is included.
• We don’t rush the selection process. It happens over multiple meetings so you have time to consider the possibilities and make a well-thought-through decision.
• We further support you by providing a university-qualified interior design consultant to assist and answer questions, including providing you with a hard copy of the selections schedule.
• Your selections consultant can meet you at suppliers’ showrooms to discuss your selections.

We guarantee the quality of our finish

• We use window and kitchen bench protection throughout construction to reduce the risk of damage.
• We take care to protect your floors and cabinetry during painting stages.
• We do not compromise on quality. If a finish or product does not meet our exacting high standards, regardless of whether you are aware of the issue, we rectify it.
• Our contractors have worked with us long-term and they share our commitment to quality. This provides added peace-of-mind knowing that the quality you seek is the quality you receive.

We build our homes to last

We use more wood in the frame of your home which means your home will weather the years more reliably and without walls warping or cracking. We use:

• 90 mm frame over 70 mm – internal and external
• 450 mm stud spacing instead of 600 mm – internally.

At Lindon Homes, we use a three-coat painting process with Dulux Premium Wash & Wear water-based paint, giving your home life and colour for longer.

We make things easy at every stage

• We incorporate items such as air-conditioning and swimming pools, if desired, at the design stage rather than as an afterthought; this ensures their seamless integration.
• We encourage and maintain open lines of communication with you and keep you informed every step of the way; we also welcome your questions and requests.
• Our Company Director / Registered Builder personally inspects every home under construction every week during the construction phase, which means quality is assured.
• We see and resolve small issues before they become big problems.
