Custom built Home $750 to 1 Million
This home was designed by DesignFolk Architecture. The small inner-city block and corner position with two street frontages demanded a design with commanding street appeal.
The end result looks good from all angles and makes excellent use of the available yard space. In addition, internal privacy has been preserved through the use of low maintenance Knotwood screening. Careful consideration was also given to the type of fencing materials used. Gabion stone wall fencing was chosen; it not only provides privacy to the yard it is aesthetically pleasing to park visitors.
