The Result
We needed to create an aesthetic look from all angles, taking into consideration, the slope and angle of the block. Lindon Homes welcomed the challenge building a home that complemented these features into an eye catching three level home.
The entry has a beautiful mix of contemporary materials, featuring a prominent stone column balancing the James Hardie Scyon and Matrix cladding used extensively on the external walls. Every detail has been taken into consideration, even the downpipes, being used as features on the front facade.
On entering the home, you are presented with the real star of the home, the sheer glass wall and stained open cantilevered staircase. It is the centrepiece of the home! With all the bedrooms and living areas converging to it.
There is a striking elegance of colours from polished timber floors and imported porcelain tiles, contrasting with the clean white colours of the cabinetry. Upstairs, the open kitchen and main living room have breathtaking views of Brisbane’s skyline. The balcony beckons you from the living room, and as you step out you are greeted by the beautiful cedar ceilings creating a compliment to the internal polished timber floors.
