About this project

Chelsea Road

Young, active sports-oriented family

This large, low-set home built on acreage, with beautiful gum tree views, needed to suit its young sports-oriented family. The outdoor living area, with swimming pool, spa pool and tennis court, formed the centrepiece around which the home was designed and built.

July 13, 2017
Project Type

The home has large stacking doors from living and master bedroom areas, which open onto the outdoor living space. Exquisite internal elements include a gas fireplace with Random stone cladding, timber wall cladding to the master bedroom, louvre window panels and a free-standing bath.

As well as preserving as many trees as possible, other environmental features include a 5Kw solar power system and the innovative Advanced Enviro-Septic onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system.

  • Being an environmental area, it was important to keep as many trees in place as possible

What the client said

Ashley and the team at Lindon Homes made the process of building our dream home easy and enjoyable. From the design, interior choices and trades we had access to every step. The continuous communication left as up to date of our project. We have been in our home for two years and we love it more and more every day. The build quality is exceptional and if we ever needed any information or help they were eager to help. Thanks for building our dream home.
