Lindon Homes received recognition of fantastic and outstanding work during the 2016 HIA Housing Awards evening. Winner of the HIA Brisbane Custom Built Home $500,001-$750,000 category for our Norman Park project.
The home taking this category is an overall outstanding outcome – internally and externally – maximising an inner city narrow block, to create such an architectural feat. This ultra spacious home features porcelain floor to ceiling wall tiles in the bathrooms, American oak flooring; and is complete with premium finishes throughout.
Lindon Homes additionally received a high level of recognition in multiple categories;
Finalist, finishing in top 3 for the $750,001-$1,000,000 for the Raby Bay project – a stunning family home designed with premium finishes; backing onto a private pontoon ramp – the definition of luxury.
Finalist, finishing in top 3 for the $500,001-$750,000 for the Camp Hill project – a modern masterpiece, situated in an inner-city location. The interiors feature character grade timber floors, pietra grey marble and bold satin 2pac cabinetry.
Finalist, finishing in top 3, with special commendation on the Judges’ behalf – Ford Multicap Home, supporting the needs of individuals – Lindon Homes was extremely proud and privileged to be a part of this Government funded project.
Lindon Homes is pleased to work with such a distinguished team, and to have such remarkable clients. We would like to thank every single person involved in the process to create these outstanding homes – and look forward to seeing many more great results in the coming year.
