Challenges
The problems of a difficult site were apparent right from the start at Mariners Court. When digging trenches for retaining on the canal, high tides would fill the trenches with water. It was also necessary to use 7 Metre screw piers to support the house due to the poor soil conditions. Specially designed sleeves for the piers & water pumps were used to keep water out while concreting. Lindon Homes had the expertise & experience necessary to build this beautiful home regardless of the difficult site.
