An overall outstanding outcome externally and internally. This narrow block of land posed many challenges - however we were able to utilise the entrance feature to an advantage to create an abundance of space. This ultra spacious, ultra modern home is completely on trend with calacatta marble floor to ceiling wall tiles in bathrooms, oak timber flooring offsetting the dark features.

Morehead Avenue, Norman Park – Project 1

This narrow block features a surprisingly spacious ultra modern home, with high end finishes. Finding a large block located central to Brisbane's working hub can be a challenge - but not always a necessity with an architectural feat such as this. This is the ideal modern working family home, a fantastic end result.

Glider Close, Wakerley

Corner block of land? No Problem – this home was built for the land developer as a key home in the estate. We created a home that utilized a corner block to its advantage. This home became a key feature to the estate on a block of land that generally nobody would want!

Mariners Court, Raby Bay

Luxury lowset dwelling on canal block. The home was designed to fit the block precisely. A dream retirement home for our clients. This home was built with enough space for the grandchildren & ample living areas flowing out to the canal & boat mooring.

Payne St, Auchenflower

A heritage listed house existed on this site which needed to be preserved. A new home was designed at the rear of the property which was joined by a walkway to the existing home at the front of the site. By doing this we were able to provide the client with a very modern residence on a small inner city lot.

Major Renovation, Ormiston

Things have changed a lot in home design in the last 30 years. While the original home did not take advantage of its location Ashley Lindon of Lindon Homes has opened the views right up with large windows and a spacious balcony perfect for Queensland's alfresco lifestyle.

Wakerley A

A Large custom designed double storey dwelling. With the use of Hardies scyon products to clad the upper storey we were able to produce a modern architectural look along with painted brick and render. The cobblestone driveway at the front of the property is one of the features of this home & because Lindon Homes also installs swimming pools the back of this property has been finished off with a Lindon Homes Pool!

A family suited custom double storey dwelling. Featuring natural timber elements throughout - carried through in the flooring, kitchen panels and external cladding. The front facade greets home owners and guests with an impressive architectural design, leading to the back of the home, which transitions into the garden space. A large family suited custom double storey dwelling. Featuring large bi-folding doors to redefine the indoor / outdoor living. The design also encompasses a large deck and pool - complete with a timber clad alfresco area. Soft and neutral finishes have been used throughout the interior - creating a natural, serene finish. The humble front facade ties into the interior finishes well, with a mix of contemporary and traditional influences. Guthrie St, Paddington

This multi-story development in Paddington certainly posed challenges - none too large to overcome for Lindon Homes. This dwelling makes the best of the surrounding views by adding an additional level, balcony zones have been added to all bedrooms to maximise the living area. Tenants are treated with a common area pool - surrounded by stunning copper and timber finishes. The interior is finished with contemporary high end, neutral tones.

Gumdale St, Wakerley

This modern family home is complete with natural finishes - stone and timber cladding topped with James Hardie products. The theme of natural tones has been carried through to the interior, utilising grand stone feature walls, and a stunning enclosed staircase onto tiles.
